About Me

Restoration of old homes is all the rage these days. Everyone is wanting to flip that which seems outdated and give it a new look which creates a dramatic change and presentation. While I certainly do not restore old homes, I do provide intervention tools to “restore to you” that which is lost, broken, waiting to be discovered or desired so that you experience the best version of yourself. The change in you might be dramatic but it can also be a subtle shift that gives clarity to your potential.

In the Bible, the Lord says,  "I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten; you shall be comforted according to the time that you have been afflicted, and shall have years of plenty to balance the years of famine.’’ Joel 2:25-32.

This promise of hope spurs my desire to help awaken that hope in each individual.

My passion is to use my 25 plus years of experience as a social worker to support those who are in need of someone to come alongside them in understanding the complexities of who they are in light of who they want to be as they journey through restoration.  I have the pleasure of having worked with individuals both young and farther along in life. I have extensive experience in the medical and educational fields as it relates to areas such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, learning disabilities, ADHD, chronic illnesses, invisible illnesses, parenting, executive functioning assessment and skill building, aptitude testing, college guidance, talk therapy, art therapy and elements of play therapy. I find much strength in the area of life coaching that deep dives into areas of executive functioning, self-esteem and full identification of one’s abilities.

I enjoy using mediums that will engage an individual to unravel layers that have covered or hindered the ability to move forward. I believe in the need to understand who you are, where you are often in light of where you have been and where you want to go.
